Heather Mizeur has spent her professional life over the last twenty-five years passionately engaged in public service. She is a policy expert, a former elected official and gubernatorial candidate, a farmer and the founder and CEO of a non-profit organization focused on bridging the partisan political divide.
When serving in the Maryland legislature, Heather consistently delivered bipartisan results that improved the lives of Marylanders. Now more than ever, we need that approach in Washington.
Today’s heat was nothing compared to the heat Andy Harris is feeling breathing down his neck. This evening’s Douglass Tubman Democratic celebration in Talbot County was a good old fashioned political rally with barnstorming speeches from candidates, great conversations with civic leaders, and incredible representation from the area’s leading non-profit organizations working for collective community change. Huge congrats to Charlene DeShields, for being named Talbot County’s Democrat of the Year. I was honored to give her the button right off of my shirt. And to all the amazing organizers of this year’s inaugural event, way to go!! This is sure to be an annual event now. So. Much. Fun!!! ... See MoreSee Less
Not in my district any more but I pray you beat Ole Andy.
